The Spinoglio Hospitality Lab Effective Date: February 11, 2026 12 Sections

Welcome to The Spinoglio Hospitality Lab. By accessing or using any of our products, services, or platforms — including our Skool learning environment, free masterclasses, menu templates, 30-Day Menu Profit System, group programs, and one-on-one coaching — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please review carefully before proceeding.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products and services provided by The Spinoglio Hospitality Lab ("Lab," "we," "us," or "our").

By enrolling, purchasing, or using our products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our platform, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use or purchase our products and services.

By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

Products & Services

Free Masterclasses & Training

Offered as complimentary educational resources for café and restaurant owners. Provided "as-is" for informational purposes only.

Menu Templates ($79)

Digital templates delivered via Skool. For personal or business use only. Not for resale or sharing with third parties.

30-Day Menu Profit System ($1,995 per seat)

A guided, step-by-step group program including lessons, coaching sessions, and structured support. Results vary depending on your participation and business circumstances. No specific financial outcomes are guaranteed.

Private Menu Engineering ($4,995)

An exclusive 1:1 program for café and restaurant owners. You work directly with Paul to audit, re-engineer, and optimise your menu for higher profitability, clearer pricing, and stronger customer decisions — without changing your food, staff, or concept.

Delivery: All services are delivered through our Skool platform. Access depends on adherence to these Terms and Skool's platform policies.

Section 04

Payment & Refunds

All purchases must be made using our provided payment methods.

Refund Policy
  • Digital products — templates and online programs — are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
  • Free training remains complimentary and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if payment is not received or if fraudulent activity is detected.

Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and materials are the property of The Spinoglio Hospitality Lab or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify our materials without prior written permission.

Materials are for personal or business application only. Resale or public distribution is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree to use our products and platforms responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Share access credentials with unauthorised users
  • Interfere with or disrupt our platform operations
  • Copy or distribute content without explicit written permission

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these conduct standards.
